Its architect Albert Yu says that natural wood and neutral hues will be the main motif of the hotel with details from native stone surfaces, pretty latticework and elegant light fixtures. Wooden arches greet guests at the reception area.

King and Twin Super rooms feature native woodwork patterns much like the bamboo floors of the bahay kubo. All rooms and communal spaces are furnished with mid-century modern pieces to balance the traditional design. The hotel has six guest suites in three different designs – the Sangyaw Suite, Lubi-Lubi Suite, and Pintados Suite.

Aside from the fancy rooms, there’s also a ballroom which can accommodate 600 people and smaller function rooms for meetings. Then there’s the Patron Casual Dining restaurant, the hotel’s main food and beverage outlet which serves local and national as well as western cuisines.

Tacloban is ready for MICE (meetings, incentive, convention, and meetings) with the hotel’s opening.
