Enjoy Masskara Festival And Dine At Carmen’s Kitchen In Bacolod

This October, have a blast at the Masskara Festival in Bacolod and while you’re here, satisfy your cravings and delight your palate by dining at Carmen’s Kitchen. Owned by the Manalotos, it’s the newest “it” restaurant for tourists and locals attending the Masskara Festival.

Aside from the delicious food, I also liked Carmen’s Kitchen’s well-lit, spacious, clean, and homey ambiance. The owners of the resto are hands-on with the way they run the business, with one helping with the food preparation while another is busy managing the place.

Another plus is the fast, friendly, and efficient customer service. No wonder they’re already at par with other more established local restaurants.

Carmen’s Kitchen is great for family gatherings, business meetings, get together with friends, etc. They have two (2) function rooms (Php 6,000 per function room), with a capacity of 30 people for 3 hours — just perfect for private birthday parties and christenings!

The most important reason why people should dine at Carmen’s Kitchen is still the great food. Among their specialties are dynamite shrimp, steak frites, krispy kare-kare, cansi steak, pepper steak, and a lot more!

Carmen’s Kitchen has recently opened their Carmen’s Cafe branch at Go Hotels Bacolod. It was also officially announced last month that Carmen’s Kitchen will be the hotel’s new food provider. For those who prefer delivery, they’re available on Grabfood.
