Negros Power Launches Temporary Office In Bacolod City, Ready For Service Excellence
Negros Power has unveiled its temporary office in Bacolod City, signaling a significant step towards enhancing consumer services in the region. The media recently had the exclusive opportunity to explore the new office, located on the second floor of the Robinsons East building along Burgos Avenue in Brgy. Villamonte.
During the insightful tour, Mr. Roel Z. Castro, President and Chief Executive Officer of Negros Power, accompanied by Miss Ma. Cecilia Pe, Assistant Vice President for Customer Care, personally guided the media representatives through various sections of the office. The highlight of the tour was the Customer Care Center, a serene and spacious area designed to offer consumers a top-notch customer service experience. As Negros Power gears up to commence operations, the vision of providing “Service Beyond Power” is at the forefront, promising a service experience that goes beyond expectations. The company is fully prepared to serve the people of Bacolod and Central Negros, with a targeted service initiation date of August 01, or possibly earlier, pending official approval.
The 25-year franchise sought by Negros Electric Power Corporation has garnered approval from Congress and is now awaiting final endorsement from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. The transition from Central Negros Electric Cooperative (CENECO) to Negros Power is set to revolutionize the power distribution system in Bacolod, Bago, Talisay, Silay, Murcia, and Salvador Benedicto through a Joint Venture Agreement.
With investments totaling Php 2.1 billion in capital expenditures, Negros Power is committed to implementing cutting-edge systems to enhance the consumer experience.
