The Cajun accordion is not very popular in Asia but if you travel to Europe specially in Germany, Italy, Poland, Ireland, etc. you’ll probably see more people playing this instrument. It’s a single-row diatonic button accordion used for playing Cajun music which has multiple reeds for every button and the number of reeds sounding is controlled by four stops or knobs. You don’t have to go to Europe to buy one if you want to because there are Cajun accordion for sale in some online music stores. A popular brand / model is the Hohner 3002B Ariette Folk / Cajun Accordion which has 4 sets of treble reeds, 10 treble keys, and 2 bass / chord buttons.
